Is there a free plan?
Yes. Creating an account is free, with no credit card. You hire and brief your first employee and watch its first working session free, and pay only when you want it working on its own.
Can I change my plan at any time?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade or cancel any time from Settings → Billing. Upgrades apply right away; downgrades and cancellations apply at the end of your billing period, so you keep what you paid for.
What happens to my workflows if I cancel?
You keep full access until the end of your billing period. Then your account moves to the free plan: your employees and workflows stay saved but pause until you resubscribe. You can export your data from Settings at any time.
Do you offer refunds?
We don’t offer refunds. Instead, every new account starts with free credits so you can try Verse properly before paying, and you can cancel any time. You keep full access until the end of your billing period and won’t be charged again. See our Terms of Service for details.
Can I get a custom connector built?
Professional and Scale include connector support through our tool library and Composio. Contact support for anything specific.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), through Stripe.
Is there a free trial?
No. Every new account gets free credits instead. Upgrade when you want to activate and run what you've built.
