Everything you need to know about plans and billing.

Can I change my plan at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel any time from Settings → Billing. Upgrades take effect right away; downgrades and cancellations apply at the end of your current billing period, so you always keep what you paid for.
What happens to my workflows if I cancel?
You keep full access until the end of your billing period. After that your account moves to the free plan: your AI employees and workflows stay saved in your account, but they pause until you resubscribe. You can also export your account data from Settings at any time.
Do you offer refunds?
We don’t offer refunds. Instead, every new account starts with free credits so you can try Verse properly before paying, and you can cancel any time — you keep full access until the end of your billing period and won’t be charged again. See our Terms of Service for details.
Can I get a custom connector built?
Professional and Scale plans include connector support through our standard tool library and Composio connectors. Contact support if you need something specific.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) through Stripe.
Is there a free trial?
There is no time-limited trial. Instead, every new account gets free credits to try building AI employees and workflows. Upgrade to a paid plan when you want to keep building and to activate and run what you have created.
