Your Manager
Morgan is your built in chief of staff: answers for the whole team, delegates work, and proposes new hires.
Morgan is the one team member you don't hire. Every workspace has them: a Manager who watches across all your employees, so you can ask one question instead of opening five chats.
Meeting Morgan
On the dashboard, Morgan peeks from the bottom right with a speech bubble. Click it and a chat rail docks to the side of the app. Good first questions:
- “What is everyone working on?”
- “Do I need another employee?”
- “Show me project progress.”
- “Help me automate something.”
- “I have a new objective.”
- “What's slowing my team down?”
What Morgan can do
- Report across the team. Live status of every employee: what's in flight, what's queued, what failed.
- Spot problems and opportunities. Idle employees, repeated failures, work that should be consolidated or automated.
- Delegate. Give Morgan an objective and it briefs the right employee and starts a real run, not a reminder.
- Interview you. For fuzzy goals, Morgan asks a short questionnaire first, then acts on the answers.
- Propose a hire. When a job fits nobody on the team, Morgan drafts the role and hands you a Brief Employee button that drops you into hiring with everything prefilled.
Nudges
Between conversations, Morgan reviews the workspace and leaves nudges: short notes when something deserves your attention, like a stuck run, an idle hire, or a pattern worth automating. Dismiss them or act on them; either way they stay out of your way.
Note
Morgan isn't one of your employees: no slot used, nothing to configure, and it can't be deleted. Think of it as part of the building.
