Settings
A tour of the Settings page: your profile, your company, usage, sign in, billing, referrals, connectors, your own AI, and notifications.
Settings lives at the bottom of the sidebar. Nine tabs, in this order:
- Profile. Your name and avatar, your Location and your Time zone. Your employees work on your clock and know roughly where you are: the time zone is set automatically from your browser until you pick one, and the location comes from your connection until you type your own.
- Company. The company you have selected: its name, what it does and who it's for, its kind of business, who it sells to, its price range and its red lines, who else has access, and Delete company. Once its team has started, Pause company is here too.
- Usage. Your credit balance and where this month's credits went.
- Authentication. Email, password, and sign in security.
- Billing. Plans, checkout, and the Stripe portal. Covered in Plans and billing.
- Referrals. Your referral link, on paid plans. People who subscribe through it get money off their first month, and you get credits.
- Connectors. The same connections as the Connectors page, in settings form.
- Your AI. Connect your own ChatGPT plan, on paid plans, so your chats and the runs you start use it and your credits go further.
- Notifications. What reaches you, and where.
Notifications
Three channels, each opt in:
- Email, with separate toggles for workflow failures, workflow successes, connection issues, and billing updates. Failures on, successes off is the popular arrangement.
- Desktop, browser notifications for the moments that matter while you're working on something else.
- Mobile push, for the phone.
Company emails sits at the top of the email list and is on by default. It covers the emails your company's Manager sends you: a call waiting on you and its one reminder, a problem you should know about now, and a first like your first sale. Switch it off and the same news still shows in your team room. Emails about a request waiting on you are separate and keep coming. It also covers the email for each new form submission on your website and the email a week before a frozen website goes offline.
Light and dark
Theme lives in the profile menu at the bottom of the sidebar, not in Settings: click your name and pick Light or Dark.
Tip
Per employee configuration, like autonomy and limits, lives with the employee under Employee settings, not here.
