Managing your team
The Employees page, the Workspace tab, and a working rhythm that keeps a team of AI employees sharp.
The Employees page
Employees in the sidebar shows your whole team as cards: status, role, and quick actions to pause, resume, or delete. New Employee starts a hire. Deleting always asks for confirmation.
The Workspace tab
Each employee's Workspace tab is their office. From top to bottom:
- Task Board. What's queued, in progress, and done.
- Activity Feed. Their recent runs, each expandable into the full story.
- Inbox. Their dedicated email address, if you enabled one.
- Browser & Computer. Live view and replays of their sessions. Watch them work in real time.
- MiniApps. Dashboards and tools they've built for you.
- Connectors. The apps this employee can use.
- Triggers. What starts their work automatically.
- Knowledge & Memory. What they know. See Memory.
- Goals. Standing objectives they pursue in Autonomous mode.
The Call button lives in the workspace header, next to Telegram chat if you've set it up. On bigger screens you can keep chat open in a side panel while you browse the workspace.
A weekly rhythm that works
- 1
Clear Needs action daily
The amber badge on Runs is your team blocked on you. Two minutes, most days.
- 2
Skim runs and react
Open a few runs, read the timeline, and use the reaction row. Ratings steer future work.
- 3
Correct in the moment
When output is off, say exactly how. One correction becomes memory.
- 4
Ask Morgan for the overview
“What is everyone working on?” and “What's slowing my team down?” are both one click in the Manager rail.
When to hire another
One employee per job works better than one employee doing five jobs. If briefs are getting long and contradictory, or one hire's memory mixes support tone with sales tone, split the role. Morgan will sometimes propose this on its own, with a prefilled brief you can accept or dismiss.
