Managing connections
Seeing what's connected, disconnecting, and how your credentials are handled.
Seeing what's connected
The top of the Connectors page lists your configured connectors. Each employee's Workspace tab also shows the connectors that employee uses, which is the quickest way to answer “why can't this hire see my calendar.”
Disconnecting
Open the connector's card and hit Disconnect. The access Verse holds is revoked, and any run that later needs the app will pause and ask for a fresh connection rather than failing silently. For a belt and braces removal, you can also revoke Verse from the app's own security settings, like your Google account's connected apps page.
How credentials are handled
- Connections use the app's own sign in (OAuth) wherever the app supports it. Verse never sees your password; it receives a scoped token you approved.
- Tokens are stored encrypted server side and used only when work actually runs. They are never shown to you, other users, or the employee's chat.
- Employee limits still apply on top: an employee with Gmail connected still obeys your external email rules and caps.
