Work, Files and Customers

What your team is doing, everything it made, and everyone your company sells to, each on its own page.

Three pages in the sidebar show your company from the inside out. Each one covers the company you have open in the switcher, and only you, the owner, can see them.

Work

Work answers what everyone is doing, and what's next. On the left is what's happening; on the right, in one panel, is what's planned. Now shows who's working this minute and on what, with how long they've been at it. If your company has a pre-launch checklist, every step is listed in the panel on one line with who owns it, and it gets a green tick once it's done. To change the checklist, tell your Manager.

  • Waiting on you, the decisions and connections waiting on you. Each one opens the chat where it was asked.
  • Up next, what the team has scheduled beyond the checklist, soonest first.
  • Routines, the work that runs on its own, like a weekday follow-up or answering email as it arrives.
  • Done, what got made, by day: every doc, sheet and image, finished checklist steps, website changes and work like emails sent. A file opens from its row; tap other work for every step it took. Runs that only kept the team in step, like team updates and check-ins, fold into one line per day.

For a company you started from an idea, the panel starts with Launch once the launch step is under way: every check your company has to pass before it launches, under What we sell, Getting paid, Website, Legal, Customers and Launch day, each with who has it or what it's waiting on, and how many are ready, like 11 of 18 ready. Checks that passed fold under Show what's done. Anything only you can do says so in amber, and it's waiting for you above your Manager's message bar too. When every check passes, the Launch button opens your Launch call, with what happens When you launch. If your own domain isn't ready yet, Launch on your Verse address for now lets the company launch without it. While the launch goes out, each part of it is listed as it happens.

After launch the panel shows the running company: Live with your address and either Everything's working or what's being fixed, this growth cycle's plays toward your next goal with who has each, what the last cycle did, and Day to day: who answers customers, orders, replies and reviews, and who keeps prospecting, posting and following up.

The Everyone menu at the top narrows the whole page to one teammate.

Files

Files keeps everything your team made or was given in one place: the Google Docs, Sheets and Slides they wrote, the apps and tools they built, the images they generated, what you uploaded to them, and your company's logo. Filter by kind, search by name, or narrow it to one teammate, and switch between a grid and a list. Images open right on the page; everything else opens where it lives.

Customers

Customers is everyone your company sells to, or might, in one list: the prospects your team found and where each stands in outreach, the people who signed up through your website, the people who bought from your store, your paying customers from Stripe, and your contacts in HubSpot or customers in Shopify once you connect them. Someone who shows up in more than one place, like a prospect who later pays, is one row.

Already have a customer list? Import takes a CSV (from HubSpot, Shopify, Google Contacts or a spreadsheet): pick whether they're customers or prospects, check how the columns match, and import. Importing the same file again updates the rows instead of adding them twice. People from HubSpot and Shopify open there with one tap.

The pipeline at the top counts each stage: Found, Contacted, Replied, Signed up and Customers. Tap a stage to see only those. Open anyone for their details and everything that's happened with them. You can move a prospect to another stage yourself: Replied, Customer and Closed also stop any emails still queued to go to them. Export CSV downloads the rows on screen.

Note

Each company connects its own Stripe, HubSpot and Shopify: connect them with that company open, and its pages show those accounts and nothing else. Another company shows Connect until you connect one for it too.
