Products

Products is everything your company sells: things you ship, downloads, services, appointments, event tickets, memberships, bundles and donations. It covers the company you have open in the switcher, and only you, the owner, can see it. Search, All types and Any status narrow the list, and each column sorts it.

Add a product

Select Add product, pick its type at the top, give it a name and a price, and select Save. Nothing is created until that first save. Discard throws away what you changed, and Cmd or Ctrl+S saves. What else a product asks for follows its type: weight and size for things you ship, files and licence keys for downloads, a schedule for appointments, a date for events, a billing period for memberships.

To bring products in from a file, select Import and choose a CSV: a Shopify product export, or a sheet with name and price columns. You see how many products it found before anything is created, and products the store already has are skipped.

Variants and stock

Under Variants, Add option gives a product choices like size or colour, and each combination gets its own row with its own price, SKU and stock. Turn on Track stock to count what's left: a product sells out at zero unless Keep selling when sold out is on, and Stock history shows every sale, refund and count.

Selling it

Once payouts are set up (Getting paid), Copy link under Buy link copies a link anyone can pay through. Show on the website puts the product in your website's shop. To take a product off sale, archive it; only a draft can be deleted.
